Filter by price, bedrooms, lease type, pets, and parking. Everything is within about twenty minutes of the Kingston campus.

Apply in one step

Send your move-in date, occupants, a short intro, and co-signer details if you have one. The landlord is notified immediately.

Hear back directly

You get an email the moment a landlord accepts or declines. If accepted, they reach out to finalize the lease.

When the unit is leased, a one-time commission equal to one month's rent is due. That's the entire cost.
